主講人簡介：

上海交通大學安泰經濟與意昂2官网"管理科學與工程專業"在讀博士🆕，主要研究方向為創新管理，主要研究領域為創新管理和國際化戰略👨‍🍳。

◆    至今已有20多篇學術論文在各類國際學術期刊以及國內核心期刊上發表💧。其中，在國際學術期刊Journal of Business Economics and Management (SSCI檢索)、Management Decision (SSCI檢索)和Measuring Business Excellence (ABI檢索)發表論文各一篇。另有兩篇在Technovation (SSCI檢索) 和Asian Business & Management (SSCI檢索)擬發表的論文二審已修回。此外，還有多篇中英文論文處於評審中🌔。

◆    是國家自然科學基金委員會資助項目《都市圈技術創新協同的阻製與耦合效應研究》(70772067)主要成員，教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃資助項目《長三角地區技術創新協同理論》（NCET-06-410）主要成員。

講座主題簡介：

In the era of "open innovation", small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been the engine of economic growth and technology progress. The globalization highlights the importance of innovation for all firms. However, innovations are becoming more complex. For SMEs, there are many barriers to them, such as lack of technical talents, lack of financial capital, and lack of external innovation partners. Accordingly, it is necessary for SMEs to link different actors to share technology and tacit knowledge. Using a structured questionnaire survey, this study examines the synergic innovative networking activities of manufacturing SMEs in Shanghai. It aims to explore the relationships between different synergy networks and innovation performance of SME. Moreover, it will examine the effect of governments on various synergy networks, and unveils if there is any difference in their roles played to facilitate innovation for SMEs compared to those of developed countries. It is hoped that the study can pave the way for future studies in improving innovation synergy or cooperation for SMEs in emerging economies.
